Reflect & Renew weaves together two complementary gatherings – one expansive, one restorative – creating a complete transition from 2025 into 2026.

On New Year’s Eve, we gather in sound and movement. Through chanting, live drumming, dance and shared intention, we let go of what’s been and open to what’s to come. It’s joyful, heartfelt and deeply human.

On New Year’s Day, we return to stillness. Gentle yoga, chakra meditation, expressive movement and sound healing guide you back to your centre. It’s a space for softness, integration and renewal.

Whether you join alone, with a partner or with friends, Reflect & Renew offers a rare chance to move from celebration to contemplation in community – to begin the year not with resolutions, but with rhythm, breath and presence.
