An Evening of Sound, Celebration and Renewal
As one year folds into the next, we gather in song, movement and presence.
Michelle and Cloe invite you to join a night that blends sound, rhythm and reflection. Together we’ll release the old, honour the year that’s been and welcome the new one with open hearts.
This is more than a celebration. It’s a journey through sound, stillness and connection, where every voice and every body is part of the music.
Programme (subject to a little magic and flow):
Letting go and intention setting – rituals to release what you’re ready to leave behind and invite what you wish to grow.
Sound healing – grounding vibrations to help you settle into stillness.
Ecstatic dance with live drumming – a free-form dance journey guided by rhythm. No choreography, no right or wrong moves, simply space to move as your body needs.
Joyful kirtan – we will sing mantras together that connect us to our heart centre. The invitation is to sing, play percussion, dance, or bathe in the sounds of these beautiful mantras. This practice from the Bhakti Yoga tradition, brings our mind, body and spirit into union, and we become one voice with the group. No experience required and all voices welcome.
Tea, snacks and connection – moments to pause, chat and rest.
Cloe and Michelle hold a welcoming and inclusive space, grounded in care and community rather than performance or perfection.
